In 4 quarter of 2001 by Customs Committee of the Ministry of the public Revenues of Republic of Kazakhstan was carried out Tender  on realization of construction works  of pass point "Temir-Baba" in Mangistau  area. On the next job ahead competition was won by Finial LLP.

On the basis of it with  Finial LLP concluded a contractor's agreement from October 22, 2001, where the  firm has acted as  the General Contractor on construction works  of pass point "Temir-Baba" in Mangistau  area .

Before forthcoming works  Finial LLP independently has executed the design estimates  according to the normative and legislative documents on construction working in territory of Republic of Kazakhstan. The realization of construction works on the above-stated object was organized at a good engineering level. All  works was conducted with using of modern building materials and methods of new technologies. It would be desirable to note, that design - project was developed  by Finial LLP itself.

In 3 quarter of 2001 by Mangistau  regional commission  on Government Purchases for regional  Sanitary-and-Epidemiologic Station   was carried out  open competition  on realization of repair work in a building of Zhanaozen Town “SES” .  On the next job ahead competition was won by Finial LLP as firm with the competent personnel and both building equipment and tools which is carrying out construction  work qualitative, in modern style and in fixed dates. The advantage was given  to  Finial LLP because the price  for performance of forthcoming works was lower, than at its competitors, what is very  important factor for economy of budgetary funds.

Before forthcoming works  Finial LLP independently has executed the design estimates  according to the normative and legislative documents on construction working in territory of Republic of Kazakhstan. The realization of works on repair of a building was organized at a good engineering level:  by management regularly were carried out  meetings on object, where questions, arising during manufacture of works, could be operatively  solved: all remarks and offers of the Customer were accepted and operatively introduced  during works, also the material maintenance was organized  in time .

Was carried out the repair and replacement of a gas pipeline section on object: "Transference of high pressure  gas pipeline DU-219  from  section N10 up to the section .N 27  GRS-Aktau city". The emergency section is a unique  gas pipeline providing submission of gas to the  city.
